2015 Chinese Bridge-Summer Camp for U.S. High School Students

Who:

1. American citizens/US passport holders in good health and capable of international travel.

2. Grades 8-12 high school students, (including 12th graders who will be graduating in summer 2015and 8thgraders who will be in 9thgrade in August 2015)

3. Those interested in Chinese language and culture whose native language is not Chinese but who have some Chinese learning background. Students are encouraged to enroll in CIUA’s “Chinese Star” Summer Camp in Tucson (June8th – 19th, 2015) to prepare them for the trip.

 

When: July 16st– July 31th, 2015

 

Where: The cities and environs of Beijing and other two or three cities, China

 

Cost: Application Fee: $175Confucius Classroom students receive a30% discount on their application fee. Participants are required to pay only their own round-trip international air ticket costs, international travel insurance and passport and visa fees. The Hanban (Confucius Institute Headquarters) will cover all the costs of accommodation, in-country transportation, and activities for students and chaperons in China.
